NOV. 26, ‘25 // TOPIC #48 - HAND NAIL FUNGUS I also had fungal nails and I was helped by taking acidophilus and also omitting sugar and starchy crackers, pretzels, and all kinds of gluten. I saw a big difference. The person should get in touch with a health food store and find out which acidophilus to take and also how to take it. It’s very important. Whatever we do, we should always remember to daven that it should be b’siyat ha’Shmaya. Hashem should help that whatever we do should be good for us, and we should remember that only if Hashem wants, then all our hishtadlus will be crowned with success. Teething Relief Hello Csay Readers! We’re in chodesh Kislev, waiting for the warmth of Chanukah to lessen the chilly, dark outdoors. Without the distraction of the sunny outdoors, the sleeping and eating schedules of the babies and toddlers are even more important, and anything that disturbs that really has to be dealt with. The most popular ‘excuse’ for crankiness, sleeplessness, and not eating is probably teething, which is what the doctor will say whenever there isn’t a better reason for it. But they don’t really offer a way to relieve the teething pain. Do teething toys really help? Is Tylenol a good solution? How can we get these babies to eat (so they can be a bit happier) while their mouth is uncomfortable? If you have the answer to any or all of these questions, please share it with us and help out another Monsey mother! Looking forward to hearing from you, 156
