INGREDIENTS: • 1 large Squash, cubed • 1 can whole button Mushrooms • 1 can Tomato Sauce • ¼ cup Sugar • 2 tsp. Salt • A dash of Black Pepper • 1 cube frozen Garlic DIRECTIONS: 1. In a medium pan bring tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic to a boil. Add the squash and mushrooms and cook until tender but not mushy. 58
