My married kids were coming for supper, I tried every way to make it work but it didn’t budge; it didn’t go up or down. I called Chaverim, and in no time, two dedicated members showed up at my house, giving their precious time to do a טובה for another Yid during such a busy period. The weather was windy and drizzly, and it was not easy; they needed to climb on top of the awning and rearrange the strings for it to work. Still, they made sure it worked perfectly.
