INGREDIENTS: • 6 Spare Ribs • Salt and Pepper, to tase • 1 bottle Mikee BBQ sauce DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium pot cook the spare ribs with water for 3 hours. Remove from the pot and place in a pan. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°. 3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, then pour sauce onto the spare ribs. 4. Cover tightly and bake for 2 hours. 98
