SEPT 26, ‘25 // Apple Custard Ramekins Sweet apples baked in a silky custard, nestled in individual ramekins for an elegant Rosh Hashanah treat. INGREDIENTS: • 8 medium sized Apples, peeled and cored • Custard or Peanut Butter • Chocolate Chips • Flaky dough squares • Confectioner’s Sugar, for sprinkling DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 375°. 2. Spray the ramekins with cooking spray. Then fill the center of each apple with either peanut butter or custard and chocolate chips. 3. Place into the ramekins. 4. Stretch the piece of flaky dough, slightly overlapping the ramekin. Poke small holes using a fork. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. Dark Chicken Deli Roll ups Savory chicken deli roll-ups, layered with freshly sliced deli meats and wrapped for the perfect bite. A different chicken main dish to enjoy at the yom tov sueda. INGREDIENTS: • 8 dark Chicken Cutlets • Salt and Pepper, to taste • 1 lb. Sliced Pastrami • 1 lb. Smoked Turky breast • 1 cup Duck Sauce • 3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard • Everything but the bagel spice, for sprinkling DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 375°. Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper. 2. In a small bowl mix duck sauce and Dijon mustard. Brush a thin layer of sauce onto each cutlet. Top with a slice of pastrami and turkey. Roll up and place seam side down in the pan. Brush the top with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel spice. 3. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. 96
