SEPT. 10, ‘25 // Apple Custard Ramekins Sweet apples baked in a silky custard, nestled in individual ramekins for an elegant Rosh Hashanah treat. INGREDIENTS: • 8 medium sized Apples, peeled and cored • Custard or Peanut Butter • Chocolate Chips • Flaky dough squares • Confectioner’s Sugar, for sprinkling DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 375°. 2. Spray the ramekins with cooking spray. Then fill the center of each apple with either peanut butter or custard and chocolate chips. 3. Place into the ramekins. 4. Stretch the piece of flaky dough, slightly overlapping the ramekin. Poke small holes using a fork. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Once cooled slightly, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. 118
