SEPT. 10, ‘25 // Apple Pie with Graham Cracker Crust Warm spiced apple pie nestled in a graham cracker crust, paired perfectly with a scoop of refreshing berry ice cream. The perfect easy and delicious yom tov dessert. INGREDIENTS: • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust • 6 Cortland Apples, sliced thinly • ½ cup Sugar • 3 Tbsp. Flour • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice • ½ tsp. Cinnamon CRUMBS: • 1 stick Margarine • ½ cup Brown Sugar • ¾ cup slivered Almonds • ¾ cup old fashioned Oats • ¾ cup Flour ICE CREAM: • 1 tub vanilla Ice Cream, slightly thawed • ½ bag frozen Strawberries, sliced • ½ bag frozen Blueberries DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake the pie crust for 7-10 minutes. 2. In a bowl, mix the apples, sugar, flour, lemon juice and cinnamon. 3. In a separate small bowl, mix all the crumb ingredients. 4. Place apple mixture into the pie crust. Top with the crumb topping. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. 5. Mix berries with ice cream and freeze. 6. Serve the warm apple pie alongside the berry ice cream. 116
