FEBRUARY 5, ‘25 // Pasta Marsala A super quick, super delicious pasta inspired by the all-time favorite Chicken Marsala. This goes great with fish, chicken, or meat on the side. INGREDIENTS: • 1 bag angel hair pasta (or any other pasta of choice), cooked according to package instructions • 1-2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing • 1 white onion, chopped • 1- 16 oz. box white mushrooms, chopped into large chunks • 2 cloves garlic, crushed • 1- 1 ½ teaspoons salt • ¼ teaspoon black or white pepper • ¼ cup marsala or white wine (increase if you prefer a stronger wine taste) DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over lowmedium heat. Add the onions and saute for 10-15 minutes until golden. 2. Add the chopped mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute for an additional 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the pasta and wine and stir until fully combined. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the flavors meld. Serve warm. 118
